Total load – 5 * 6 + 10 = 40kN

Taking moments about A
R{B} * 6 = (5 * 6) * 6/2 + 10 * 9
= 90 + 90 = 180
R{B} = 180/6 = 30kN
R{A} = 40 – 30 = 10kN
