SOLUTION :
Total load= 12 × 3 + 20 + 15 = 71kN

SFD( SHEAR FORCE DIAGRAM)
FA = 71kN
FC = (just left of C) = 35 kN
FC = (just right of C) = 15 kN (constant in CB) FB = (just left of B) = 15 kN
FB =(just right ofB )=0kN
Max SF occurs at A = 71kN

BMD ( BENDING MOMENT DIAGRAM)
M{B} = 0
M{C} = – 15 × 1 = – 15kNm
M{A} = – 15 × 4 – (20 × 3) – (12 × 3) 3/2 = -174 KNm
Max B.M occurs at A = – 174kNm
