SOLUTION:

Tota load = 4 × 3 + 8 + 6 = 26 kN

S.F.D ( SHEAR FORCE DIAGRAM)
F max =F A =26 kN
FB = 0
FC = 6 kN (max value)
FD = 14 kN (max value)
FE= 14kN

B.M.D ( BENDING MOMENT DIAGRAM)
M{B} = MC = 0
M{D} = – 6 * 1 = – 6 kNm
M{E} = – 6 * 2 – 8 * 1 = -20 kNm
MA=Mmax
= – (6 * 5) – (8 * 4) -(4*3) 3/ 2
= – 30 – 32 – 18 = – 80 kNm
.. Max B.M occurs at fixed end = – 80kNm
