SOLUTION:

Total load =20 + 10 + 2×6 = 42 kN

S.F.D ( SHEAR FORCE DIAGRAM)
FA = Fmax = 42 KN
FB = 10 KN
FC (just left of c) = 38 kN
FC (Just right of c) = 18 kN

B.M.D ( BENDING MOMENT DIAGRAM)
MB = 0
M C = -10×4-(2×4)4/2
= – 56 kNm
Mmax = MA =-20×2-10×6-2x6x6/2
= -40-60-36
= -136 kNm
.. Max B.M occurs at fixed support A = -136 kNm
